One of the unique features of this neighborhood is its proximity to a waterfall, located directly west of the entrance, across County Road 203. His plan for the area's development led to the creation of subdivisions like Waterfall Village, Blue Sky, and Rancho Bueno Tiempo, as well as the Hermosa Meadows Campground.
